2. Donations and Refunds

All donations made through our platform are processed securely. As donations are philanthropic in nature, they are generally non-refundable. However, if you suspect a fraudulent transaction or made an error in the amount, please contact us immediately using the Contact form above within 48 hours of the transaction.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. When leaving messages alongside your donation, you must not use offensive, defamatory, or threatening language. We reserve the right to remove public donor messages that violate these guidelines without prior notice.

4. Platform Tips

During checkout, users may elect to add an optional "tip" for the technical team. This amount goes directly towards server costs, API maintenance, and the continued development of the iTech fundraising platform. These tips are voluntary and greatly appreciated.
